POLICY

Payment:

We will process your order as soon as your check or money order is received and cleared. Due to fraud, payment by check or money order may delay fulfillment of the order by as much as 30 days. Please make checks or money orders payable to "William Basso Jr." in US Dollars ONLY. There is a $35.00US charge for each check that is returned for any reason. We do not accept PayPal. We do not accept orders by email.

Taxes:

The prices of our products exclude taxes. All products shipped in the State of California are subject to an 8.25% California State Sales Tax. For more information contact the California State Board of Equalization. The customer is responsible for any and all other taxes.

Shipping Information:

All orders within the contiguous 48 States are shipped via UPS Ground. All orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Please provide an address where the order may be delivered reliably during business hours, such as your office or home. We can only deliver to a street address. No P.O. Boxes please. UPS will not reroute the package once it has been shipped. Additional shipping charges apply to orders that are re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

We do everything possible but do not guarantee that we will ship in-stock products within 24 hours. Please see the UPS map below for estimated shipping time. UPS only delivers on business days. Delivery times are subject to weather conditions.

International Shipping:

All international orders are shipped via Insured USPS Air Mail. Eldritch Design. is NOT responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties - they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Exchanges, credits and returns are NOT available on internationally shipped items.

FPO and APO Destinations:

Shipments to FPO and APO destinations will incur an additional $10 handling and insurance fee. NOTE: This charge does not show in your Shopping Cart.

Back Orders:

Items that are back ordered (not currently in stock) will be shipped within 24 hours of arriving at our warehouse. We apologize for any inconvenience back orders may cause, and will strive to minimize these occurrences.

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Lost packages:

Eldritch Design does not assume responsibility for orders once they leave our warehouse. In the event that an order is lost en route, please email customer service at CustomerService@EldritchDesign.com. We will file a claim and are required to wait for the claim to be processed which can take up to 14 days before sending replacement items. Replacements are NOT available on international orders.

Damaged Goods:

Eldritch Design cannot replace items that may have been slightly damaged due to shipping. However, in the unlikely event that a product arrives to you severely damaged, you must file a claim with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Then, please email customer service at CustomerService@EldritchDesign.com and we will send UPS to pick up the product at no extra cost to you. We will then send your replacement items via UPS Gound. Replacements are NOT available on international orders.

Specials:

All specials, sales and promotional offers are subject to product availability and other limits. Eldritch Design. reserves the right to cancel, limit or modify any special, sale or promotional offer at any time for any reason.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected by Eldritch Design. is kept confidential and is solely used to fulfill and market our products and sevices. We do not provide our mailing lists to any outside organization for any reason. We take the necessary security measures to protect your personal information and privacy.

Remember accurate information helps us serve you better! Email is our main Customer Support contact method and with this in mind, is it important that you provide us with a real working email address, during the order process, where we can send order status and other important information regarding your order.
